Limitation and Liability – we are not liable to any damage in the facility due to patient action unless it is evident that the failure is with our staff.
Contract – contract between the company and the client are all modified depends on client needs and demand. Our contract is non-binding therefore even signed the contract with us; the client is not obliged to use our services when not needed. Signed contracts is just acknowledgement that whenever the client going to need us we are committed to deliver healthcare services.
Services – we are committed to deliver services until the contract end. Rendering another 2 weeks of services when needed.
